From referral to paid claim,
on one record.
ArkCloud Rehab runs referrals, scheduling, episodes of care and signed notes. ArkCloud RCM carries what was delivered through claims, remittance and patient balances - claims go out and remittance comes back through your clearinghouse once you are enrolled. A visit is billed only once its note is signed and an authorization covers it.
Working in ArkCloud today: referral, scheduling, signed notes, authorization checks, charges and 837P claims. Sending claims to payers and receiving remittance needs a clearinghouse connection, which is built but not yet connected on this service. Integration status

One patient, one record, end to end.
Where the work happens, in the order it happens. Each stage carries its real state — every stage is generally available, though how each is bought differs, and saying which is more useful to you than a diagram that pretends otherwise.

ArkCloud Rehab
Rehabilitation & Therapy
ArkCloud Rehab is the working record for physical, occupational and speech therapy teams: referrals, scheduling, episodes of care, evaluations, signed SOAP notes, plans of care with goals, home exercise programmes, discharge and charge capture. A completed visit becomes billable once its documentation passes checks. Outcome-measure scoring activates as governed clinical content is published.

Revenue Cycle Management
ArkCloud RCM is the billing office's workspace from charge to collected payment: claims, remittance posting, denials and appeals, patient statements, payment plans, self-pay collections and revenue reporting. Charges arrive from ArkCloud Rehab once a visit's documentation passes its checks. Electronic claim submission and eligibility checks need your own clearinghouse mailbox and Availity credentials.

The trial is free and needs no card. Some work depends on accounts only your practice can hold, so plan for these before you go live. None of them is preconfigured. Integration status
- Billing insurers
- A clearinghouse account and EDI enrollment with each payer you bill. Payer enrollment can take several weeks, so start it early; until it is done, claims are built and validated but not sent.
- Eligibility checks
- An eligibility vendor account with your own credentials before real-time eligibility can run.
- Card payments
- Your own Stripe account, connected to ArkCloud, before a patient can pay by card.
- Reminders and messages
- An email and SMS provider configured for your practice. Until then, nothing is sent to patients.
- Outcome measures
- No measure is published yet. Each one becomes available as its licensed definition is published.
- Your existing data
- Moving records from your previous system is scoped with you before you start.
Where the platform goes next
The same record and the same account extend to these. Each card shows its status, and each page lists what is built and what is still planned.
ArkCloud Clinical
Clinical Decision Support
ArkCloud Clinical is a private-preview workspace for governed clinical guidance. Clinical leaders draft guidance with its source, a second reviewer approves it, and it is published only after legal and licensing sign-off. Decision support answers only from published guidance and cites it. It holds no patient chart: therapy notes and plans of care are kept in ArkCloud Rehab.

Patient Access & Intake
ArkCloud Access is the front-desk workspace for everything before a patient is seen: referrals, registration, intake forms and signatures, appointment booking, waitlists, insurance eligibility, benefits and prior authorizations, reminders and check-in. It books into the same appointment book as Rehab and checks coverage against the same payer records RCM bills from, so nothing is keyed twice.

Care Management & Coordination
ArkCloud Care is where care coordinators and case managers manage what happens between and after visits: care plans, coordination tasks and queues, follow-ups, outreach, transitions of care, chronic and remote care programmes, care gaps and risk lists. Clinical rules come from pathways your clinicians review and publish; Care tracks the work and does not write clinical documentation.
Learn moreArkCloud Insights
Analytics & Reporting
ArkCloud Insights is the reporting layer for leaders and analysts. It calculates financial, payer, denial, operational, clinical and quality measures from the records your other ArkCloud applications already hold, shows the method behind each figure, and adds benchmarks and a rule-based cash forecast. It only reads data; the work is done in the application that owns it.
Learn moreArkCloud Workforce
Workforce Operations
ArkCloud Workforce is for the managers who staff a healthcare organisation: staff records, shift rosters and provider schedules, availability, team assignments, onboarding, and credential and licence tracking with expiry dates. Rehab checks it before a note is signed for billing, so a clinician needs an active staff record and a current licence. Patient appointments are booked in Access and Rehab.

Maria's journey, in four stages.
Maria Reyes is a synthetic patient referred for rehabilitation after ACL reconstruction. Each stage shows what happens to her episode, what ArkCloud does behind the scenes, and which application does it, with real screens from a demonstration organisation.
