ArkCloud Clinical is a clinician-driven workspace where decision-support content is governed the way the rest of the platform's clinical work is: source provenance, licensing clearance and reviewed publication. It is in private preview - no guidance is published yet, and the pipeline stays fail-closed until clinicians review and publish cited content.

ArkCloud Clinical is in private preview. Platform and clinical-content governance capabilities are available to preview participants; capabilities that depend on published clinical content are activated only once approved definitions exist. The list below marks which is which.

Is ArkCloud Clinical the right application?
ArkCloud Clinical is a governed workspace for clinical guidance, currently in private preview. A clinical lead drafts a piece of guidance and cites its source; a different reviewer approves it; it is published only after legal sign-off and a licensing check, and a published version cannot be edited, only withdrawn and replaced. On the decision support screen a clinician asks a question about a published item; the answer restates only that guidance and always shows the citation, so the clinician can check the basis before acting. Published guidance also appears, read-only, beside the documentation in ArkCloud Rehab. No guidance has been published yet, so decision support is waiting on content. ArkCloud Clinical does not hold a patient chart: there are no encounters, vitals, orders or medication lists here. Therapy documentation, plans of care and signed notes are kept in ArkCloud Rehab. Clinical is available by invitation and is not for sale.

The problem it solves
Guidance that nobody has reviewed, or that cannot be traced to a source, should not reach a clinician at the point of care.
An example
A fictional medical director drafts guidance on post-operative knee precautions, cites the source, and submits it. A second clinician reviews it, legal signs off, and it is published for clinicians to consult.

ArkCloud Clinical, in private preview, is a workspace for governing clinical guidance. A practice writes guidance with a source citation; it must then pass review by a second administrator, a legal and licensing sign-off and a formal publication step before anything else in the platform may use it. Every step is enforced on the server and recorded in the audit log.
Clinical is not an electronic health record: it has no problem list, medications, allergies, orders, results or patient charts. Its decision-support tool may only restate published guidance, and with none published it shows "Awaiting published guidance" rather than filling the gap with model-generated advice.
