ArkCloud RCM
ArkCloud RCM is the billing office's workspace from charge to collected payment: claims, remittance posting, denials and appeals, patient statements, payment plans, self-pay collections and revenue reporting. Charges arrive from ArkCloud Rehab once a visit's documentation passes its checks. Electronic claim submission and eligibility checks need your own clearinghouse mailbox and Availity credentials.

How seats are counted
- Charged seats
- Users working accounts, queues and payments. Users beyond a plan’s included count are priced per contract.
- Never charged a seat
- Schedulers, Front desk, Case managers, Operations, Executives and read-only reporting. Charging per head for these roles is what pushes an organisation into sharing logins, and a shared login makes the audit trail useless.

Is there a free trial?
Yes — a 14-day free trial of RCM, Rehab, Access, Care, Insights and Workforce, with no credit card, whether you sign up with email or Google. The RCM trial runs on the Professional tier. Nothing is charged when it ends. RCM and Rehab can be bought online; Access, Care, Insights and Workforce continue through our team. To continue with any of them, contact us before the trial ends and our team sets up your subscription with you - online checkout is not switched on yet. ArkCloud Clinical is in private preview and is not part of the trial.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Contact us and we will change it for you. Changing plans yourself under Billing in the app arrives when online checkout is switched on.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online card payment is not switched on yet, so our team agrees payment for your subscription with you directly. Enterprise agreements are invoiced on the payment terms set out in the agreement.
Is implementation included?
Essentials and Professional are self-serve, with documentation at docs.arkcloudhealth.com. Enterprise onboarding, including any data migration, is scoped and agreed with you as part of the contract.
What's included in support?
Essentials includes email support. Professional adds priority support with phone access. For Enterprise, support hours and response times are agreed in the contract.
Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees for Essentials and Professional plans. Enterprise plans may have implementation fees depending on customization requirements, which are discussed during the sales process.
